Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines that govern your use of CoSupport AI's AI-powered customer service automation platform. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all users of CoSupport AI, including:
- Text: AI-generated responses to customer support tickets
- User input (prompts): Ticket content and queries submitted for AI processing
- Output content: AI-generated responses delivered to end customers
3. Content Standards — Prohibited Categories
CoSupport AI explicitly prohibits the use of our platform to process or generate content that falls into any of the following categories:
- Sexually explicit / NSFW content: Pornographic, obscene, or sexually suggestive material
- Violence / gore: Graphic depictions of violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group
- Child safety violations (CSAM): Any content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors
- Deepfakes / impersonation: AI-generated content that impersonates real individuals, including synthetic audio, video, or images intended to deceive
- Copyright or trademark infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties
4. Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
- Terrorist content or content promoting extremist violence
- Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
- Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content
5. Permitted Use
You may use CoSupport AI exclusively for:
- Processing legitimate customer support tickets
- Automating responses to customer inquiries
- Managing and analyzing support ticket data
- Integration with authorized helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
- Internal business customer service operations
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use CoSupport AI to:
- Illegal or harmful content: Process tickets containing illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content
- Spam or unsolicited communications: Generate spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial messages
- Fraud or deception: Use the service for fraudulent purposes or to deceive customers
- Harassment or abuse: Harass, abuse, or discriminate against any individual or group
- Copyright violations: Process content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Personal data violations: Process sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without proper consent and legal basis
- Security attacks: Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or damage our systems
- Reverse engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the underlying AI technology
- Resale or sublicensing: Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account to third parties
- API misuse: Exceed rate limits, cache responses, or use the API for purposes other than operating your own service
- Training competing AI: Use CoSupport AI's inputs, outputs, or model responses to train any AI model that competes with our service
7. Content Moderation
CoSupport AI employs automated content moderation to detect and block prohibited content:
- Input filtering: Incoming ticket content is scanned for prohibited categories before AI processing
- Output filtering: AI-generated responses are reviewed before delivery to end customers
- Usage pattern analysis: Anomalous API usage patterns are monitored and flagged
- Human review: Flagged content enters a manual review queue for human assessment
Content that violates this policy may be blocked. We reserve the right to:
- Block content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy
- Report illegal content to relevant authorities
8. Data Handling
When processing customer support tickets, you must:
- Ensure you have the legal authority to share ticket content with CoSupport AI for processing
- Comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Handle personal data in accordance with your privacy policy
- Not submit false, fabricated, or misleading ticket data
9. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:

10. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, report it immediately:

All reports are treated confidentially. We do not disclose reporter identities except as required by law.
11. Appeal Process
If you believe your content was blocked or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal:

- Response time: Within 10 business days
12. Policy Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
